The project concept is based on the development of a new environment and service principle, that would stand out from the stereotypical hotel and would meet the needs of modern visitors.
Through a major renovation, the Oru hotel, situated on the edge of the Park of Kadriorg in Tallinn, transformed into a cozy meeting place, where the main priority is to make all guests feel free, like entering the home of a good friend.
The lighting choice is based on the concept of modernity and it enriches the context in a discreet and elegant way. The black spotlights decorate the main spaces providing guests with relaxation and chic feeling.
Nobe Design realized the project and they're also nominated for the Estonian Architecture Award 2020. The winner will be announced in December.
