The sea is enough...
The first-floor apartment in Villa Mirella enjoys an amazing view. From each room of the house, it’s possible to see the sea and for this reason, it is an out-of-the-ordinary apartment.
The house consists of a large living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There is also a terrace and, during the summer, it is a real plus for the house.
The lighting choice involved 48Vdc tracks with Microperfetto spotlights in the sleeping and living area and Perfetto-IN 70 downlights in the main bathroom.
The apartment is very bright with natural light so the renovation project used the products to provide a supply of warm and balanced artificial light.
